A note from Paige Jehnke - Previous Owner

Janky Gear Community,

I am writing to share some important news about a significant change at Janky Gear. After three wonderful years of running this store, I have decided to sell Janky Gear to new owners who I believe will carry forward the mission and values we have shared.

It has been an incredible journey building Janky Gear into the beloved outdoor gear consignment shop it is today. Together, we have fostered a culture of reuse and made outdoor adventures more accessible to everyone in our community. Your support, enthusiasm, and commitment to our mission have been the driving force behind our success, and for that, I am grateful.

As I move on to my next adventure, I am thrilled to introduce you to the new owners, Leanne and Mark Kruse. They are passionate about the outdoors and deeply committed to sustainability. I have full confidence that they will not only uphold the values we hold dear but also bring fresh ideas and energy to Janky Gear. Leanne and Mark are excited to become a part of this vibrant community and continue the work we started together.

I want to express my heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you for being such an integral part of the Janky Gear family. Your loyalty and support have made this journey truly special. While I will miss seeing your familiar faces and hearing about your latest adventures, I am excited for what the future holds for Janky Gear under Leanne and Mark’s leadership.

Please join me in welcoming Leanne and Mark to the Janky Gear community. I know they are eager to meet you all and hear your stories. Your continued support and engagement will be crucial as they transition into their new roles and lead Janky Gear into its next chapter.

Thank you once again for all the wonderful memories and for being such a significant part of my life these past three years. Although I am moving on to new adventures, I will always carry the spirit of Janky Gear with me.
