Whether you are going out on a day trip, weekend trip or an extended trip it is important to bring along a first aid kit in the case of an emergency. First aid kits are essential for handling minor injuries and medical emergencies.

Essentials to pack:

  • Gloves
  • Adhesive bandages (various sizes)
  • Antibiotic Ointment
  • Pain relievers (e.g., ibuprofen)
  • Medical tape
  • Mole skin
  • Gauze
  • Ace bandages
